4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with event organizers, payment institutions, legal authorities and business partners in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
5. Data Subject Rights (Article 11)
You have the following rights under Article 11 of the KVKK:
- Learning whether your personal data has been processed
- Requesting information about processing if it has been processed
- Learning the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
- Knowing whether data is transferred domestically or abroad and the third parties to whom it is transferred
- Requesting correction if data is incomplete or inaccurate
- Requesting deletion or destruction under the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the KVKK
- Objecting to a result that arises against you through analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems
- Requesting compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing
6. Application Method
To exercise your rights, you can apply in writing to kvkk@xoxsports.com or through methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Applications will be concluded within 30 days at the latest.
